Spend an evening cooking, connecting, and stocking your freezer with nourishing meals you’ll be grateful for all week long. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll assemble five wholesome, Mediterranean-inspired meals designed to support heart health, steady energy, and everyday wellness — all without turning on a stove.

Guided step-by-step, you’ll learn how to build balanced meals using lean proteins, healthy fats, whole grains, and vibrant vegetables while prepping alongside others in a relaxed, community-style setting. This class is designed to be practical, approachable, and realistic for real life — no complicated techniques, no fancy equipment, just simple methods that work.

Throughout the evening, you’ll enjoy light snacks, music, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere while we assemble meals together and talk through the “why” behind Mediterranean ingredients and combinations. By the end of the night, you’ll head home with five ready-to-cook family-sized meals (each serving about five people), plus printed recipes, nutrition information, and the confidence to recreate these meals on your own.
